I am Andrea and I run Andrea Benoit Consulting. With 10+ Years of HR experience, I hope to utilize my skillset to grow your business and engage with your employees. I am PHR Certified and believe in the importance of professional development. I believe the building blocks of HR are valuing people at their core, continuously improving individual and organization effectiveness, anticipating and meeting the changing needs of the workforce, championing career and professional growth and above all creating meaningful partnerships. People are at the core of everything we do!

I started my career in recruiting for a start up tech company in 2013. From there I moved into payroll and benefits administration along with learning the foundation of HR Compliance. I then moved into a traditional HR Business Partnering role and had the opportunity to flex my strategic thinking and partnhere! er with some great business leaders. I’ve worked for both small and large retail organizations and have a vast understanding of how these organizations operate. But at the core of everything I have done, there is nothing that has brought me more joy than watching people grow into great leaders.

In March of 2024, I delivered a beautiful baby boy. And I was laid off during my maternity leave. It was hard to find the right next job. I wanted something that I could honor my expertise but also honor my new title as Mom. I decided after countless interviews and offers, I would create the opportunity myself. That is where Andrea Benoit Consulting was born!
